Owner and operator, Jair Cox opened Vodou Tattoos in March of 2003. He received fine arts training in high school at Baltimore School for the Arts and college at University of the Arts in Philadelphia. He started tattooing in June of 1995 and has continued for 20 plus years.
He shares a love of Pop culture nerdom with his partner Chris. Comics, TV, Movies, Videogames, Dungeons & Dragons, he loves it all. Batman Forever!
